The Housekeeping Department at the Best Western Natchitoches, LA, received the Housekeeping Excellence Award, following the most recent Quality Assessment.
The Housekeeping Excellence award is given for a superior score after the inspection. Patsy Knotts, Best Western Natchitoches Head of Housekeeping, stated, “I am very proud of my ladies and am glad to see them rewarded. In celebration of the award, the Best Western Natchitoches staff were treated to a pizza party. Following the party, Knotts was promoted to Housekeeping Supervisor at Holiday Inn Express Natchitoches as well as keeping her current leadership role at Best Western.
