Maison Louisiane Catering headed by Chef Ben and Keri Fidelak will debut THE LEVEE at the Holiday Inn Downtown Alexandria is now open at the Holiday Inn Downtown Alexandria. The opening marks the first restaurant for the Fidelaks, who have specialized in Louisiana Cuisine for the past two decades. The menu from Chef Ben will be heavily influenced by the diverse regions of our great state, from the pea patches in the north to the swamps of the south.
Keeping with culinary trends, THE LEVEE’s “Contemporary Louisiana” menu will include small, shared plates including crawfish & sweet potato bisque, toasted crab meat & dill bruschetta, grilled duck sliders and more.
